Coming to my story which has changed drastically from last five years due to an accident . We are a family of four with Tamil background and have a good reputation . My father ,mom and by elder sister is my life life without them my life is unbiased .
The following data is before the accident and am not providing any names to the characters :
Coming to my father is share market analyst and also runs a real estate agency his age was around 43 . My mom aged 38 as home maker perfectly traditional talented and lovable one to everyone in the family . My sister 3 years elder to me is doing her mbbs final year in leading medical college who is less social and non active member she resembles a lot like my mom may be due to genes . I have taken my father's build my physical and mental body nature resembles my dad . I was doing my first year ug course in the field of civil from a reputed University.
We used to celebrate a every festival irrespective of the religion as my parents marriage done was against their parents will due to different caste my mom's a Punjabi and my dad’s Tamil brahmin due to their marriage my father left their hometown and my mother left her home .we don't have any relationship with our grand’s so we grew up facing struggle .we are small but well satisfied happy family.
This year as a happy event of my sister completing her mbbs we decided to celebrate by a trip .Every summer we used to camp or travel away from home for a month this time we planned a long trip to celebrate my sister's achievement and planned a tour to Karnataka we planned a long trip a week in Bangalore , a boring week traveling around famous Temples in Karnataka , a four day trip at goa resort and a couple of days stay at coorg . Everything was going going according to the plan finally we reached coorg a cool and chilling phase of our trip we went through sightseeing to see waterfalls , boat rides , hiking and camping . On the last of the trip as per plan we packed everything in our SUV and we are on our journey to way back home through the ghats near a hairpin curve a tipper has hit our SUV on driver side leaving my father and sister dead mom with minimal head injuries nothing serious and me with some hairline fractures .
Some locals nearby area who heard the accident sound came to help us and admitted us to hospital above things are known to me at the hospital as I was collapsed after the accident
My mom was crying like a hell when I wakes up seeing mom I did start crying then doctor and a local police man came with a paper stating the condition and loss caused to us and asked me to sign some papers and tick some checklists regarding loss of members . For further case proceedings as I was crying and the paper was in kannada format I could not see clearly and ticked some random questions as informed by police men who was also guiding me in kannada to fill the form .
We came back home we have done the all the rituals as per my father tradition and informed to my grand’s but no one responded. A month passed we were received a letter a regarding insurance and I was not in a mood to have a peek . To deviate from the family loss stress I have been hitting gym to relieve myself it carried out for two months seeing mom I cannot bear her pain I asked her to move on but she was still in shock so I asked her to hit the gym or do some aerobics to relieve her stress after a lot of force she did that and started her aerobics class .
As I don't anything about share market I asked my mom what to do with the business she told me that our share market business is only a part time one she told me settle everything and close the business we sold everything to father's rival company who were ready to buy on our estimated price and settled everything to a Ransom amount of 4 crore I never expected we were that rich and all the amount was transferred to our savings bank account while doing this I saw recent deposit of 80 lakhs in our account I checked and known it was insurance amount . I don't remember sis or me having insurance but mom and dad does . My dad's policy was for 50 lakh then why 80 lakhs were deposited in our account is questionable and I felt in a dilemma and reached home to check the policy received two months back . It was stating that due the cause of death by accident to dad and mom here by we issued an insurance amount of 80 lakhs as per policy. The word mom on the policy lead to shock how can this happen how can they mistake my sister to mom. Then after I checked hospital reports and every paper regarding accident nothing was wrong until the last paper of police case file of the accident my report in kannada charge sheet and then then confirmation letter from English format which I have not seen which clear the confusion as the complaint was stating me and my sister are saved in the accident with some injuries .
How could a blunder mistake happen in case file then after I read the insurance policy if any problem occurred by nominee or the policy member a Reformation suit of 5 times if they are proved fraud I got feared reading the policy as a minor mistake lead to this incident . Which can cause havoc so I thinking how to get out of these problem
Time passed for a week I met a friend of mine met me at a mall and asked me how my sister and myself doing I asked him what he said that that I saw your sister at market near the aerobics centre is she doing well . I don't know what to answer and said she is doing fine and relieve stress she is hitting aerobic centre ok fine I have to leave and then he left .I was thinking how can he mistake my mom to my sister I was in dilemma and left home I didn't see my mom as she left to market . I want to know how he mistake my mom to my sis so I thought tomorrow I have to see my mom at aerobic centre I left home to see mom at centre I have been waiting at the center to see mom I had been waiting for a n hour but mom didn't show up so I thought I'd go in take a look at reception I said my mom name and I came to meet her they told me to wait there at reception as it was a women fitness centre
Usually mom always stays in home at saree as my dad like her to be in South Indian attire in saree hair bun and with flowers .if I imagine my mom I can only see her in saree and hair bun . After nearly five minutes receptionist came back and she said stating my mom name will be here in a couple of minutes after nearly 5 minutes I could see a women coming from far end as my sight wasn't clear I could not see her clear she was wearing a sleeveless yoga outfit and her lower pant was coming up to her knees and her hair was tied in high ponytail with a headband her build was on plummer side with unwanted fat at right places I cleared my specs and placed my specs back on nose and looked back at the women lead me to a instant heart stroke she the women in that sexy outfit was none other than my mom in that outfit she was looking like babe in her late twenties my mom came to me and asked are u alright why are u here I said clearing out my throat that it's been while ur doing ur fitness workout I just want to u are doing well or not so I came to look for myself how u are doing she said that u are not allowed in here as it is women's only workout area and is secluded and but there is an other room unisex one I can show you there how I was doing .
